Compulsory HIV test for Malaysian Muslim Bride and Groom in 2009

Starting next year, all Malaysian Muslim brides and grooms must going through the HIV test before getting married. This is a compulsory procedure before a couple want to have a marriage.

The procedure will be executed next year after all the Islamic council in every states giving their agreements to enforce the law, said Datuk Wan Mohamad Sheikh Abdul Aziz, Director of JAKIM.

The couple will be given the Certificate of Health to each couple that indicate either there are positive or negative to HIV. The test that were required are free until this moment.

Many of objection from many peoples about this law that accusing its has breaching the Human right and human privacy.

By doing this test might effect their marriage planning if one of them is positive to HIV.

The question that derived from the law is:

Is HIV test giving a good effect to society?
IS it true that it had breached the human right?
Why peoples are so worried about HIV test?

According to the PT Foundation, from 1986 to 2007, about 58,267 Malays are infected to the HIV. The funniest part is the etchnic such as Chinese and Indian that infected to HIV is 11,886 and 6,532 persons.

Why Malays are the majority in HIV cases?...What happen to their Islamic base?..

From this figures, we can actually knows why there is peoples trying to avoid from HIV test.

The HIV test objective is to give a good future to the couple in long terms such as providing a healthy couples, healthy babies, and healthy heir.

It is not for punishing a person who having HIV by avoiding them from marriage. The Malaysian Islamic council (JAKIM) had planned a strategy for the couple who having HIV that want to proceed the marriage by having counseling sessions and therapist to make sure there are really trying to avoid themself to come back to their past.

By doing this law, all Muslim teenagers need to understand and aware to whatever there are doing right now if they don't want to ruin their future.

Avoid HIV by following Islamic laws and practice it.

You might don't want to be embarrassed at the day of wedding. All the secret that you hide before will be reveal sooner or later. Watch out.

Melamine contained in China Egg Products

Hong Kong authorities had detected 4.7 parts per million of melamine in imported eggs produced by a division of China’s Dalian Hanwei Enterprise Group. The legal limit for melamine in foodstuffs in Hong Kong is 2.5 ppm.

The discovery of excessive levels of the industrial chemical melamine in Chinese eggs has prompted Hong Kong authorities to expand testing to include meat products imported from China.

Egg Powder Products

This news had made many countries take a precaution to all China food products not only to milk but also to other products. By the spreading of the news about the Melamine in China eggs, might give impact to the China products that base on egg.

The popular known product that base on egg is:

1. Egg Pie - Fujian Jinjiang Fuyuan Foodstuff Co., Ltd.
2. Egg Rolls - Zhongshan Jiameile Foods Co., Ltd.
3. Crisp Egg Rolls - Yilong Trade Co., Ltd
4. Yolk noodles - Hangzhou Wellong Food Co., Ltd.
5. Instant Egg Noodle - Xiamen Dongshen Foods Co., Ltd.
6. Canned Quail Egg - Golden Banyan Foodstuffs CO.,LTD
7. Egg Yolk Powder - Qingdao Ideal Jingmao Co., Ltd.
8. Egg Powder - Shaanxi Tiandou Egg Process Co., Ltd

Japan also had detected the Melamine contained from the Egg powder from China that had been consumed by that country.

A few countries such as South Korea and Sri Lanka had already give a precaution order in egg consumption as they are importing egg products from China.

In Malaysia, this country does not import egg powder from China, according to a Health Ministry statement issued here Saturday.

The director of the ministry’s Food Quality and Safety Division, Noraini Mohd Othman, said based on the import permits from the Veterinary Services Department, China was not listed among countries that could export egg powder to Malaysia.

“This was also confirmed by the Food Safety Information System of Malaysia (FoSIM) whereby egg powder is imported from other countries like the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France,” she said.

Recently, China had shocked the food industries business by the discovery of Melamine contained in the China dairy products (see link)

Fuel Price drop..What about food price?...What to do?...

On June 2008, Malaysian had been shocked by the increment of the fuel price as mush as RM 0.78 for petrol and RM 1 for diesel. The act had been taken by the government in order to reduce the subsidy than been provided by the government as the global fuel price increase.

Until October 2008, the fuel price had been reduce for three times and until 26 October, the fuel price in Malaysia is Rm 2.30.

On June 2008, the Malaysian citizen had suffered a lot of problem other than fuel price burden but also food price and other essential items price increment. The supplier had given the reason of the increment as a result of the increment of fuel price.

But, until today...the food price is still hiking and remain same as in June although the fuel price already reduces...

According to the Department of Statistics Malaysia, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) until September 2008, had increased to 5.2% from January to September 2008. The increment shows how bad is the effect of fuel hike to Malaysian citizens daily life.

What actually happen here?..is it really true that the fuel price controlling other items prices?...What can government do?...

Fuel price always be a reason for the items price increment, but when fuel price drop...nobody bother to revise the price...

Actually, there is nothing that government can do...

No way to force peoples to sell items cheaper...

The only thing that we can do is...BOYCOTT the stinky seller...

Do buy your groceries at hypermarket that give low price instead of buying at groceries shop...

There is nothing that government can do by using diplomatic action...Only law and force can change this...

This trend will keep remain even though the fuel price is reaching RM 1 per liter...

The Fact About Melamine Poisonous in China Dairy Products...

Recently, all over the world is been shocked by the news of the poisonous milk base product that can cause fatal..The fatal is caused by the Melamine contain in the products..

In China, 3 babies were died and more than 6000 peoples is suffering from the Melamine poisonous...
What is Melamine?...

Melamine
is an organic compound that is often combined with formaldehyde to produce melamine resin, a synthetic polymer which is fire resistant and heat tolerant.

Why Put Melamine?..

Melamine is been put into the milk to increase the protein level in the milk that is been diluted with water...By doing this, the manufacture will detect the milk as a normal milk with a standard value of protein, but it is an artificial protein inside...

What is the effect of Melamine?..

Melamine by itself is nontoxic in low doses, but when combined with cyanuric acid it can cause fatal kidney stones. The symptom for having Melamine poisonous is commonly associated with renal failure, which could be explained by the ammonia that may result from the digestion of the melamine.

Melamine can be describe as a silent killer as it will not shows the effect of it poisonous but the victims will suffer the matter in urination process...

The question is, Why a company that claimed having a good quality control is suffering a very serious scandal in history of food industries...?

From The Age, China authorities had claimed that the milk poisoning scandal is a sabotage act from the other parties. Sanlu purchased the milk from the 3rd parties that supplied the milk for them. The authorities had questioned numbers of peoples to investigate the case.

Can we trusted other China products as well?...
What is their principles in producing products to customers?...Quality or Quantity?..

In Malaysia, Ministry of Health had announced that no dairy products from Malaysia is coming from the source of China milk.

The products that confirmed not contaminated by Melamine is:

Saiful Bukhari Azlan...something fishy about him....

The so-call victim in the Anwar Ibrahim's newest sodomy case is really make us pondering for a moment..who is this guy anyway??...

Saiful Bukhari had responded to a blog about his study status a few months ago that is he opted out from UNITEN due to his poor results...

Police's forensic unit investigation at Desa Damansara Condo.

From the local newspaper news, reported that a forensic team had made a investigation at the reported location by Saiful Bukhari.

The location is Desa Damansara Condominium, the place where you need to pay RM 8000 for the rent and to buy a place there, RM 2.2 million is require...

Desa Damansara Condominium

It seem like, this boy is either come from a rich family or SOMEONE HAD SPONSORED HIM....

A few days ago, Datuk Seri najib, Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister had stated that the picture showing Saiful Bukhari with Khairil Anas Yusof, Najib's Special Officer is the picture taken for Saiful's memory in visiting Datuk Seri Najib office for applying a scholarship....

Saiful with Khairil Anas, Datuk Seri Najib's Officer

Well, i didn't know that if today, a student that having cgpa under 2.00 can apply for a scholarship by meeting with Deputy PM directly...

I didn't know, a scholarship given by Malaysian government can afford you to rent a RM 8000 condominium....

and...I didn't know that when you applying a scholarship from government...you can meet with a lot of government VIP and taking photos with them...hmm..

Saiful with Datuk Sharir Samad

Another question that keep spinning around with this case is, why he want to be a PKR volunteer when the General Election comes??...

After what BN government had gave him such as scholarship
and special photos with BN's VIP...he wanted to help PKR at the end?....

So, before police want to investigate Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, they better investigate this gay boy...Either he had been influenced by money or politic...

For someone like Saiful, I didn't believe that he had been sodomized by Anwar..If this is true..Why shouldn't he fight to survive?...Why he just let people sodomize him...?...Either he is a gay or somebody pay to him to be a gay...

Anwar Ibrahim latest Sodomy Issue....Conspiracy or Reality?

On 28th June 2008, another shocking political news had been spreaded out all over the world. Anwar Ibrahim allegedly had sodomized a 23 years old guys names Saiful Bukhari Azlan, ex-UNITEN's vice president of the Student Representative Council.

The report were lodged at Traver Police Station on 5.45 pm. The news become a hit news when it is the same as the news that been lodged on 1998 that accusing Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim with the sodomy.

When the news become a popular news, many of peoples start to think about either this is a conspiracy or reality as it will be a very stupid act for someone who one to make a conspiracy twice with the same acussation.

Before we discussed about this case, let us study the so-call victim in this case...

The name is Saiful Bukhari Azlan, he had become a volunteer for the Parti Keadilan Rakyat in the previous general election on 8 March 2008.

According to the riwayat hayat blog,
he is an ex-UNITEN's vice president of the Student Representative Council with a very-very bad result in whole semester he have been there...

Datin Seri Wan Azizah showing a picture of Saiful Bukhari
with Khairil Anas Yusof from his phone

On 29th June 2008, Datin Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail had reveiled a picture showing that the so-call victim is taking photo with Khairil Anas Yusof, Special Officer for Datuk Seri Mohd Najib bin Tun Abd Razak. The picture had made peoples wondering, who is this guy actually??..

Saiful Bukhari with Datuk Seri Najib special officer.

There is no date printed on the pictures and the picture date taken were not identified but from the above blog, the post that include this picture shows that it been posted on February 2008. So we can conclude that the picture are taken before the General Election.

So, the point here is...if this guy is from BN and then come to Keadilan as a volunteer and suddenly..he had been sodomized??....What a very weird coincidence here........

So, if this is a conspiracy...they better find a good and unknown bait without any picture with government person as this boy are very well-known in his University...and the accusation are already obsolete..TRY TO FIND A LOGICAL ONE...

If this is a reality, it was a very disappointing moment to all Malaysian that already want a change in Malaysia political scenario as Anwar Ibrahim is the main key for all of this...

But, I always pray for him, that this is not a true....I will always believe on him...If he is not guilty in this accusation...The support for him will be very much stronger than ever.......

Oil Price Increase Again....

4th June 2008, the day where all Malaysian remember that it is the starter for the worst living situation in this country...

The fuel price is increasing again..the petrol price is not increase as 20 cent, 30 cent or 50 cent..but 78 cent...to be RM 2.70 per liter... for the Diesel it will be RM 2.58 per liter after increasing from RM1.58...

Starting from early of 2008 until today..the Malaysian citizen had been given a lot of pressure in essential need prices...From cooking oil, flour, toll prices, rice and now...fuel prices...

What really we don't like it very much is...a surprise announcement....

On 3th June 2008, the Malaysian Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Shahrir Samad's had made a statement that fuel price would go up in August.. He denied any speculation about increasing fuel prices in this month...

On the same day, Malaysian Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi had said that..he will made an announcement about new fuel subsidy by 4th June...

So from his statement, we assume that he will made an annoucement for the prices that will be changed on August...but the frustrating part is...the day for the new prices is 4th June 2008!!...

Is it Malaysian Petrol Is the Cheaper?

Quoted from Life's Happening

The Malaysian government, on each occasion of announcing the fuel / petrol price increase would tend to compare with the neighbouring countries' prices. In doing so, they would say that our price was still the lowest in the region.

But has our Malaysian government tried to compare the fuel / petrol price with other oil producing countries? Malaysia is still a net exporter oil producing country at the moment.

A Germany-based company, GTZ International ("GTZ"), has done a survey in year 2007 on behalf of the World Bank in reviewing the fuel prices throughout the world. A common price denominator was fixed at US$0.38 per litre (Nov 2006 pricing), which was also the benchmark price for the world crude oil market. A good way to gauge when comparing different countries' way of measurement.

In GTZ's latest survey (click to download the 2 pages full survey), Malaysia has been listed at number 20. It shows that Malaysia's fuel price was the twentieth cheapest in the world. Not bad........... not true when the Malaysian government said that Malaysia's fuel price was the cheapest in the South East Asia region as Brunei's fuel price was even cheaper.

The Top Twenty list:-
1) Turkmenistan - US$0.02 per litre (ultra cheap, are you sure this is top grade oil?)
2) Venezuela - US$0.03 / litre
3) Iran - US$0.09 / litre
4) Libya US$0.13 / litre
5) Saudi Arabia - US$0.16 / litre
6) Qatar - US$0.19 / litre
7) Bahrain - US$0.21 / litre
8) Kuwait - US$0.22 / litre
9) Egypt - US$0.30 / litre
10) Yemen - US$0.30 / litre
11) Oman - US$0.31 / litre
12) Algeria - US$0.32 / litre
13) Brunei - US$0.34 / litre (Brunei is in the same region with Malaysia)
14) United Arab Emirates - US$0.37 / litre
15) Trinidad and Tobago - US$0.43 / litre
16) Azerbaijan - US$0.46 / litre
17) Ecuador - US$0.47 / litre
18) Angola - US$0.50 / litre
19) Nigeria - US$0.51 / litre
20) Malaysia - US$0.53 / litre (approx. RM1.71)

You have to know that the top twenty countries are oil producing countries and also net oil exporters. The US$0.38 per litre benchmark price was based on the crude oil price of US$60.20 per barrel. At that point of time, the Malaysian government has already mentioned that they have subsidised the fuel / petrol price heavily to the tune of tens of billions (Ringgit Malaysia currency).

As can be seen in the GTZ 2007 survey, during the crude oil price of US$60.20 or US$0.38 per litre, Malaysian fuel price was already being retailed at petrol station at the price of US$0.53 or RM1.71 (using the current currency exchange rate of US$1.00 = RM3.23).

The Malaysian government has been maintaining the fuel price at US$0.59 or RM1.92 and it would have started subsidising the fuel price if it hits above US$93.46 per barrel or US$0.59 per litre (approximately). The crude oil price hit US$94.00 per barrel on 20 Oct 2007.

Unless the Malaysian government can proof that this GTZ 2007 survey done for World Bank is wrong, otherwise please tell us what kind of oil subsidies were our Malaysian government talking about all these years?

The Letter that Made Pulau Batu Putih owned by Singapore...

Pulau Batu Puteh on 1851

"Pedra Branca is an outcrop of rocks situated where the Singapore Strait meets the South China Sea. The Horsburgh Lighthouse on this outlying island was built by the British in 1851.

Singapore refers to the island as "Pedra Branca" (meaning "white rock" in Portuguese), and Malaysia as "Pulau Batu Puteh" (meaning "white rock island" in Malay). It is named so for the whitish bird droppings that were seen on the rock in the past".

Pulau Batu Puteh

After 28 years of debutting for the sovereignty of the Pulau Batu Putih or known as Pedra Branca. The International Court of Justice (ICJ) had decided that the island is owned by Singapore...

It's kind of a said news for us, we might blaming Malaysian team and our government for this lost..but there is something that we didn't know...

The reason for the lose is because of the careless and insignificant of the Johor government on 1953...On 1953, The Secretary of Johor state had made a black and white confession to Singapore by declaring that Pedra Branca is not in the sovereignty of Johor...This letter is the main key for Malaysia losing the Pulau Batu Putih.

The letter from State Secretary of Johore informing to Singapore
about Pedra Branca status on 1953.

Malaysia must have predicted the result from the ICJ for the loses by knowing about this letter...

In 20 November 2007, The Singapore newspaper, The Straits Times had reported by Lydia Lim, Senior Political Correspondent that Malaysia had photographic illusion that Malaysia had created to exaggerate the closeness of Pedra Branca to Johor, Singapore said at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague.

The first photograph, which Malaysia had shown the court last week, was taken by a camera using a telephoto lens.

The second photograph was taken by Singapore, using a camera lens that approximates what the human eye sees. As a result, the Malaysian photograph exaggerated the height of Mount Berbukit by about seven times, Singapore’s Attorney-General Chao Hick Tin said when he presented the two photos before the court.

He described it as ‘an attempt to convey a subliminal message of proximity between Pedra Branca and the coast of Johor’.But it was not an accurate reflection of what visitors to Pedra Branca would see if they were looking towardsthe Johor mainland, he said.

So, what can we say after all...The morale from this case is...

NEVER MAKE A DECISION WITHOUT CONSIDERING OTHERS OPINION....

NEVER DECIDE SOMETHING WITHOUT THINKING THE CONSEQUENCES...

Rice price is Rise!...

In the moment where all the peoples in the world had worried about the fuel price that keep increasing..now, the new disaster had came...The rice price is also rising...What had happen until this essential item also need to be rice..

According to the Agriculture Secretary Arthur Yap quoted M Syeduzzaman, chair of BOC Bangladesh Ltd, Bangladesh Rice Foundation said that the reason for the rice price increase is:

1.A supply largely affected by an increased demand resulting from rising population.

2.Climate change.

3.Booming demand for biofuels.

4.Continuous conversion of agricultural lands to non-agriculture use.

5.Neglect of irrigation facilities.

This problem is referring to the world largest rice exporter such as Cambodia, India and others...but it is not applicable to Malaysia because neither of it is happen to our country and also our rice product is totally for local use...

Malaysian paddy field product can support up to 70% of local demand in rice and only 30% of the rice product were import from other countries...So what we can say is, we are not totally depend on export rice...So, the question is why our country also suffered the rice price crisis although we are the country which can produce rice by ourselves....?

It seem that there is a manipulation in rice price by the wholesaler in Malaysia. The issue where some of the wholesaler change the price of 15% shattered rice to the price of 5-10% shattered rice price had made peoples realized that how cruel are they...In pursuing profit, they could do that...

Many of the peoples had suggest to the government where they should think about distributing the rice to the peoples without using the wholesaler and the 'middle person' to ensure the Malaysian rice stock is distribute well without any divertion...

But this issue that really matter now is, what can Malaysian government do in solving this matter?...Any strategy that will be introduced by Barisan Nasional(BN) governement now will effect the perspectives of the Malaysian peoples either it will be positive or else...

Either they realized or not, this issue is not just an issue that will effect Malaysian peoples live..but also effecting their parties relevancy...Malaysian peoples will always watching their strategy to cater the need of peoples and also their party....

Pig Waste Turn Into Biogas...is it worth to invest 100 million ringgit??

After a few week debating about the pig issue in Sepang, Selangor...the issue is still on debate...The Kampung Tumbuk's residents is still not satisfied with the new Selangor state government idea in making a modern pig farm that using Germany technology in designing the farm and and waste treatment (see link).

Many of us will think like this....if 1 pig cost is about RM600..if RM100 million..it's about 166666 pig will be breed in the project...well, this is totally a crap thinking way...
The big amount of money is maybe an amount for the new system investment...

Before we go more further, do you know how is the conventional pig farm manage their pig waste..??

Some of the farm use a proper waste treatment such as sedimentation, filtration, and microb digestion as similar to our municipal waste treatment.

A Sedimentation tank at the pig farm in Malaysia

But some of the farm like to take an easy and cheaper way to get rid of their pig waste by channeling the waste directly to the river and sea...

The Pig Waste that been channeled to the Morib Beach

The Pig Waste that is channeling into the river in Penang

So the fact here is, the old-school technique in treating the pig waste is actually not effective...Either you like it or not...a new system need to be introduce....

The ONLY BEST WAY TO TREAT PIG WASTE IS BY...NOT CHANNEL IT INTO THE WATER either it's been treated well or not...BUT HOW???....

The best technique is by changing the waste into a biogas.....a fancy word huh.....i know what you think......WHAT IS BIOGAS??...and HOW TO CHANGE THE WASTE INTO BIOGAS...

Farm biogas plant in Southwest Scotland

According to Wikipedia, Biogas typically refers to a gas produced by the biological breakdown of organic matter in the absence of oxygen. Biogas originates from biogenic material and is a type of biofuel. One type of biogas is produced by anaerobic digestion or fermentation of biodegradable materials such as biomass, manure or sewage, municipal waste, and energy crops.

The easy word is..turning shit into gas by fermentation in a close tank....

How to make biogas?...Here is the sample of the BIOGAS system diagram...

This technology is not a new technology, but we never think to try it....IS IT WORTH TO CHANGE A USELESS SHIT INTO A USEFUL METHANE GAS...???

The answer is YES, it's very...very worth it....plus the waste will not be discharge to our water sources again...

Biogas is a renewable energy source...In the age of high petrol price..we must have some plan in cater the need of fuel for vehicles...We understand that government can't hold the petrol subsidies for a long time as the oil price keep increasing...but rather than you wait and see, better have a plan in finding a new energy source now....Is it??

So, this is the best time and best source to replace fossil fuel....Why don't we try??...

Next time, when peoples say something about a new idea...make sure you know what they are talking about....Understand it....and think about the pros and contras...and if the pros is more than cons.....Shut up and let the project go on...Don't let your political enthusiasm and fanatic do the judge...LET YOUR WISDOM AND BRAIN DECIDE IT....

Modern Pig Farm, The Issue Than been Manipulated by Media...

The latest issue in political arena that been spreaded all over Malaysia is about The Modern Pig Farm that cost RM 100 million for it... The Selangor state government had agreed to build the Modern Pig Farm at the Kampung Tumbuk, Kuala Langat Sepang's Parliament.

The main reason for choosing this place is because it is already the biggest Pig Breeding Area in Selangor before this...

We all know that conventional pig farm that been used nowadays had contributed to the environmental pollution into the water and air...

But the question is,

1. Why is the protest of the Kampung Tumbuk's resident is been showed in media on last week even though the farm is been there since BN ruled Selangor?....Why not protest earlier?..

2. If the new Selangor state government didn't come with the new pig farm idea...Does the Malaysian realize that Morib Beach had been pollute by pig's wastes until now...???

3. Is this pollution problem recently is cause by Pakatan Rakyat(PR)..???..How can they cause it if they are not the Selangor's government before??..

4. Why is the media making propaganda showing a picture of pollution at Morib Beach because of pig's waste and the Headline blaming the PR for this....?? At the end, the question answer is Media playing a very BAD ROLE recently....They always cover-up BN government mess to public BUT always shows the Opposition mistake....

The former Selangor Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Dr. Mohamad Khir Toyo had firmly denied the involvement of BN state government in approving the Modern Pig Farm before the 12th Election but he said that his government had agreed to open the small scale pig farm...

From what he said, it is truly showed that how clever he is in covering his bad idea..and the stupidity of prime media showing the photo of the Morib Beach to condemn PR government had made peoples questioning who's fault is this....
.....and directly shows that BN government is the one who always neglect the nearest resident's problem about PIG MATTER...

We all know that the RM 100 million project is a big amount of money to be spend for this kind of animals... peoples will blame the PR government for this project in a reason of environmental pollution and illogical money figure...

BUT, the interesting part is the big amount is not for breeding that animal but it is for developing a modern pig farming technique using German technology rather than using the conventional farming technique...The waste from the farm can be used for biogas production...

It's sound better if they already think about the consequences and had planned the right action and method to cater the problems...It is good if comparing to the recent state government that let the nearest resident suffer the pig problems for 8 years....

What I can say here is, Sepang is already polluted by the pig for more than 8 years before PR rules Selangor....The waste treatment in the pig farm is not the right techniques and it will pollute that place....The only way to save Sepang is by reconstructed back the farm by using the latest technology to prevent pollutions...So, logically..it is the right decision to make the new farm with right technology...is it?..

In this articles, we want to remind to all Malaysian that NEVER TRUST THE PRIME MEDIA SUCH AS UTUSAN MALAYSIA, RTM AND TV3 DIRECTLY.....They are the BN government propaganda agents....Think before you accept it...Make research from government and opposition resources....Nowadays media is already political oriented...Nothing will change this unless the PR rule Malaysia....

Shabery to hear out bloggers

KUALA LUMPUR: The Government will not control bloggers but will consider their views as well. That is the assurance given by newly-appointed Information Minister Datuk Ahmad Shabery Cheek, who is planning a meeting with the blogging community “in the next few weeks to hear them out”.

“The alternative media, like bloggers, play a role in nation building. It is the most direct and simple channel for people to voice their opinions. Sometimes, they can bring about a negative effect but it is mostly positive.”

Shabery said some had overlooked the significance played by bloggers, who could now form their own personal broadcast centres via their websites.

He dismissed the view that bloggers sided with the Opposition, saying that the bloggers only expressed their personal opinion.

“Bloggers are individuals and they have differing opinions. I cannot say that they are all Opposition. Sometimes, they are seen to support the Opposition but sometimes they criticise the Opposition too,” he said.

On whether the Government would enforce some control on the blogging community, Shabery said they would not do so.

“The question of controlling bloggers does not arise. As the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink,” he said.

Asked if there was a message that he would pass to the bloggers in the meeting, Shabery said: “It is better that I be a listener first”.

To a question whether the mainstream media had lost its credibility and relevance due to laws governing the media, he said that the rise of blogs was a global trend, adding that this, however, did not mean that people had sidelined the media.

“No matter how free the mainstream media is (from government control), like in the USA, UK and Australia, it is still subject to the standpoint of their respective media (organisation) heads. So, people will still seek alternative news,” he said.

What happen to DAP and PAS in Perak??

On March 12th, the right candidate for Chief Minister for Perak had been announced and the person is Ir. Mohamad Nizar Jamaludin from PAS had been chosen.

The problem now is, DAP will boycott the swearing-in ceremony tomorrow as a protest. What happen to DAP??

DAP candidates, Ngeh Koo Ham had already released the statement that all the Alternative party will support any of Perak's Sultan decisions for Perak Chief Minister yesterday but today.... It shows that they are not sincere to what they had said.

What actually they want??..What is their objective??..Is it to help peoples or to seize Malaysia for themselves??...

In the moment of victory of opposition in Malaysian 12th General Election, the argument between DAP and PAS about who will be the Chief Minister had made peoples shock to what DAP capables of... They not like what they say....They have something hidden behind their promises and oaths.

Advise for all Malaysian, don't let the races issues come between us and apart all of us... Always keep your promised...Don't let races sentimental crack the Alternative party from the main objective to form a better country....

The main problem that occured in Perak is because of this constitution:

Under the state constitution, the menteri besar has to be a Malay Muslim, but there is a provision that allows the Sultan to waive the requirement.

But DAP must understand, whatever decision had been made by Sultan, it is the order from him.. As a respect to our Sultan, we must obey to what he decided...The boycott act will destroy the DAP images as party for peoples especially among Malay...If they keep doing this act, Malay and other races will never respect this party as party for peoples anymore...

And if this issues keep going for this terms,...sorry to say, there will be no more DAP for the next 5 years to be Chief Minister again...

The Shocking Results In Malaysian 12th General Election

The 12th Malaysian General Election had successfully done with a lot of shocking changes and news.

Many political expert said, this election is call as Badawi's Election as the vote from Malaysian will describe how is the Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, Malaysia recent Prime minister performance.

To describe his performance, we can describe it with a Malaysian political map:

Malaysia in 2004, only 1 state ruled by opposition

Malaysia in 2008, 5 states are ruled by oppositions

Well, we can said that Pak lah, the Malaysian Prime Minister are not as popular as before...

What is the factor of Barisan Nasional (BN) defeated??... What is the reason to the anger of Malaysian citizens to goverments??... Why opposition can take over a lot of states although BN campaign is overwhelming through medias and propagandas??...

Why Malaysian citizens voted for oppositions??..

The main answer for all of this questions is...The Weakness of Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi......

Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi (Pak Lah)

The BN governments only emphasis in developing Malaysia and to develop rural places with a lot of projects but forgot about human essential needs. In developing the country, the life cost also increase such as fuel price, wheat price and other foods need essentials...

The other factor that effect the BN popularity in 12th General Election is the involvement of Abdullah Ahmad Badawi's son-in-law, Khairy Jamaludin in BN campaigns.

Khairy Jamaludin

Abdullah Badawi political strategy that giving a chance to his son-in-law to absorb into UMNO Youth Association( Pemuda UMNO) as a Vice President easily had changed Malaysian citizens trust to Abdullah Badawi because of cronyism issues.

The opposition had promised that if they become the ruler of Malaysia, they will decrease the fuel price and give the free education to all Malaysian. This promise had made Malaysian people realize that there is a hope for Malaysian fuel price crisis.

Tun Dr Mahathir Muhammad

The former Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir Muhammad had urged Pak Lah to responsible for the biggest defeat in BN history by resigning from being Malaysian Prime Minister. But, Pak Lah decided not to resign....

The conclusion is, it is good for opposition when Pak Lah decide to stay as a Prime Minister because, in 1 term he become a Prime Minister, opposition already got 5 states to be rule...if he rule for another term...the opposition might get all of the Malaysian states to be rule...

So, to all Malaysian, the future of our country is in our hands... If there is improvement in the ruling of the Alternative party..so, let it go on....if not...let's change it...

Don't set in our mind that BN is a once for all party that can cater our needs in a whole of our life..and also other party...if there is anything wrong....Speak out...Stand out...and Vote Out..Let the democratic style rule Malaysian.....

The only way to gain trust of Malaysian people to BN back is....Pak Lah need to retreat...Let the talent leader lead this country.....
