Anti I.S.A and pro I.S.A Rally in Kuala Lumpur
On 1st August 2009, Kuala Lumpur will be expected fill with a lot of peoples that supporting and objecting I.S.A.
ISA (Internal Security Act) is an act that were created by Malaysian government since 1960 that use for detaining suspect that allegedly make harm in national security without any trial.
The Anti ISA protestors believe that ISA had breached human right and it also been used for political agenda to protect the government.
The pro ISA protestors believe that ISA is needed in order to control the threats within the country to stablize harmony and peace with any costs.
Both of the protestors have their own points. It seems that, it's hard to determine which one is right and wrong...But the problem here is..it were held in city of Kuala Lumpur...The busiest place in Malaysia...
As for me, I believe that ISA is important in this country but it must be use only for the sake of national security such as terrorist activities, subversive members, underground members, and other peoples who planning to destroy this country in term of wars and physical fights.
But, for political activities to be detain in such of this facilities...it just not right and suit for them..
As I agreed with Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi in suggesting government in considering back the ISA powers and limits to only detain the peoples that related to terrorist and national security only. This can prevent ISA from being wrong-used for political agendas.
So, again...the problem in ISA is only the jurisdiction limit where it seems that it doesn't have one...

Compulsory HIV test for Malaysian Muslim Bride and Groom in 2009
Starting next year, all Malaysian Muslim brides and grooms must going through the HIV test before getting married. This is a compulsory procedure before a couple want to have a marriage.
The procedure will be executed next year after all the Islamic council in every states giving their agreements to enforce the law, said Datuk Wan Mohamad Sheikh Abdul Aziz, Director of JAKIM.
The couple will be given the Certificate of Health to each couple that indicate either there are positive or negative to HIV. The test that were required are free until this moment.
Many of objection from many peoples about this law that accusing its has breaching the Human right and human privacy.
By doing this test might effect their marriage planning if one of them is positive to HIV.
The question that derived from the law is:
Is HIV test giving a good effect to society?
IS it true that it had breached the human right?
Why peoples are so worried about HIV test?
According to the PT Foundation, from 1986 to 2007, about 58,267 Malays are infected to the HIV. The funniest part is the etchnic such as Chinese and Indian that infected to HIV is 11,886 and 6,532 persons.
Why Malays are the majority in HIV cases?...What happen to their Islamic base?..
From this figures, we can actually knows why there is peoples trying to avoid from HIV test.
The HIV test objective is to give a good future to the couple in long terms such as providing a healthy couples, healthy babies, and healthy heir.
It is not for punishing a person who having HIV by avoiding them from marriage. The Malaysian Islamic council (JAKIM) had planned a strategy for the couple who having HIV that want to proceed the marriage by having counseling sessions and therapist to make sure there are really trying to avoid themself to come back to their past.
By doing this law, all Muslim teenagers need to understand and aware to whatever there are doing right now if they don't want to ruin their future.
Avoid HIV by following Islamic laws and practice it.
You might don't want to be embarrassed at the day of wedding. All the secret that you hide before will be reveal sooner or later. Watch out.

Is it Malaysian Petrol Is the Cheaper?
Quoted from Life's Happening
The Malaysian government, on each occasion of announcing the fuel / petrol price increase would tend to compare with the neighbouring countries' prices. In doing so, they would say that our price was still the lowest in the region.
But has our Malaysian government tried to compare the fuel / petrol price with other oil producing countries? Malaysia is still a net exporter oil producing country at the moment.
A Germany-based company, GTZ International ("GTZ"), has done a survey in year 2007 on behalf of the World Bank in reviewing the fuel prices throughout the world. A common price denominator was fixed at US$0.38 per litre (Nov 2006 pricing), which was also the benchmark price for the world crude oil market. A good way to gauge when comparing different countries' way of measurement.
In GTZ's latest survey (click to download the 2 pages full survey), Malaysia has been listed at number 20. It shows that Malaysia's fuel price was the twentieth cheapest in the world. Not bad........... not true when the Malaysian government said that Malaysia's fuel price was the cheapest in the South East Asia region as Brunei's fuel price was even cheaper.
The Top Twenty list:-
1) Turkmenistan - US$0.02 per litre (ultra cheap, are you sure this is top grade oil?)
2) Venezuela - US$0.03 / litre
3) Iran - US$0.09 / litre
4) Libya US$0.13 / litre
5) Saudi Arabia - US$0.16 / litre
6) Qatar - US$0.19 / litre
7) Bahrain - US$0.21 / litre
8) Kuwait - US$0.22 / litre
9) Egypt - US$0.30 / litre
10) Yemen - US$0.30 / litre
11) Oman - US$0.31 / litre
12) Algeria - US$0.32 / litre
13) Brunei - US$0.34 / litre (Brunei is in the same region with Malaysia)
14) United Arab Emirates - US$0.37 / litre
15) Trinidad and Tobago - US$0.43 / litre
16) Azerbaijan - US$0.46 / litre
17) Ecuador - US$0.47 / litre
18) Angola - US$0.50 / litre
19) Nigeria - US$0.51 / litre
20) Malaysia - US$0.53 / litre (approx. RM1.71)
You have to know that the top twenty countries are oil producing countries and also net oil exporters. The US$0.38 per litre benchmark price was based on the crude oil price of US$60.20 per barrel. At that point of time, the Malaysian government has already mentioned that they have subsidised the fuel / petrol price heavily to the tune of tens of billions (Ringgit Malaysia currency).
As can be seen in the GTZ 2007 survey, during the crude oil price of US$60.20 or US$0.38 per litre, Malaysian fuel price was already being retailed at petrol station at the price of US$0.53 or RM1.71 (using the current currency exchange rate of US$1.00 = RM3.23).
The Malaysian government has been maintaining the fuel price at US$0.59 or RM1.92 and it would have started subsidising the fuel price if it hits above US$93.46 per barrel or US$0.59 per litre (approximately). The crude oil price hit US$94.00 per barrel on 20 Oct 2007.
Unless the Malaysian government can proof that this GTZ 2007 survey done for World Bank is wrong, otherwise please tell us what kind of oil subsidies were our Malaysian government talking about all these years?

The Letter that Made Pulau Batu Putih owned by Singapore...
Singapore refers to the island as "Pedra Branca" (meaning "white rock" in Portuguese), and Malaysia as "Pulau Batu Puteh" (meaning "white rock island" in Malay). It is named so for the whitish bird droppings that were seen on the rock in the past".
Pulau Batu Puteh
It's kind of a said news for us, we might blaming Malaysian team and our government for this lost..but there is something that we didn't know...
The reason for the lose is because of the careless and insignificant of the Johor government on 1953...On 1953, The Secretary of Johor state had made a black and white confession to Singapore by declaring that Pedra Branca is not in the sovereignty of Johor...This letter is the main key for Malaysia losing the Pulau Batu Putih.

The letter from State Secretary of Johore informing to Singapore
about Pedra Branca status on 1953.
In 20 November 2007, The Singapore newspaper, The Straits Times had reported by Lydia Lim, Senior Political Correspondent that Malaysia had photographic illusion that Malaysia had created to exaggerate the closeness of Pedra Branca to Johor, Singapore said at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague.

The first photograph, which Malaysia had shown the court last week, was taken by a camera using a telephoto lens.
The second photograph was taken by Singapore, using a camera lens that approximates what the human eye sees. As a result, the Malaysian photograph exaggerated the height of Mount Berbukit by about seven times, Singapore’s Attorney-General Chao Hick Tin said when he presented the two photos before the court.
He described it as ‘an attempt to convey a subliminal message of proximity between Pedra Branca and the coast of Johor’.But it was not an accurate reflection of what visitors to Pedra Branca would see if they were looking towardsthe Johor mainland, he said. So, what can we say after all...The morale from this case is...
NEVER MAKE A DECISION WITHOUT CONSIDERING OTHERS OPINION....
NEVER DECIDE SOMETHING WITHOUT THINKING THE CONSEQUENCES...

Rice price is Rise!...
In the moment where all the peoples in the world had worried about the fuel price that keep increasing..now, the new disaster had came...The rice price is also rising...What had happen until this essential item also need to be rice..
According to the Agriculture Secretary Arthur Yap quoted M Syeduzzaman, chair of BOC Bangladesh Ltd, Bangladesh Rice Foundation said that the reason for the rice price increase is:
1.A supply largely affected by an increased demand resulting from rising population.
2.Climate change.
3.Booming demand for biofuels.
4.Continuous conversion of agricultural lands to non-agriculture use.
5.Neglect of irrigation facilities.
This problem is referring to the world largest rice exporter such as Cambodia, India and others...but it is not applicable to Malaysia because neither of it is happen to our country and also our rice product is totally for local use...
Malaysian paddy field product can support up to 70% of local demand in rice and only 30% of the rice product were import from other countries...So what we can say is, we are not totally depend on export rice...So, the question is why our country also suffered the rice price crisis although we are the country which can produce rice by ourselves....?
It seem that there is a manipulation in rice price by the wholesaler in Malaysia. The issue where some of the wholesaler change the price of 15% shattered rice to the price of 5-10% shattered rice price had made peoples realized that how cruel are they...In pursuing profit, they could do that...Many of the peoples had suggest to the government where they should think about distributing the rice to the peoples without using the wholesaler and the 'middle person' to ensure the Malaysian rice stock is distribute well without any divertion...
But this issue that really matter now is, what can Malaysian government do in solving this matter?...Any strategy that will be introduced by Barisan Nasional(BN) governement now will effect the perspectives of the Malaysian peoples either it will be positive or else...
Either they realized or not, this issue is not just an issue that will effect Malaysian peoples live..but also effecting their parties relevancy...Malaysian peoples will always watching their strategy to cater the need of peoples and also their party....

Shabery to hear out bloggers
KUALA LUMPUR: The Government will not control bloggers but will consider their views as well. That is the assurance given by newly-appointed Information Minister Datuk Ahmad Shabery Cheek, who is planning a meeting with the blogging community “in the next few weeks to hear them out”. “The alternative media, like bloggers, play a role in nation building. It is the most direct and simple channel for people to voice their opinions. Sometimes, they can bring about a negative effect but it is mostly positive.”
Shabery said some had overlooked the significance played by bloggers, who could now form their own personal broadcast centres via their websites.
He dismissed the view that bloggers sided with the Opposition, saying that the bloggers only expressed their personal opinion.
“Bloggers are individuals and they have differing opinions. I cannot say that they are all Opposition. Sometimes, they are seen to support the Opposition but sometimes they criticise the Opposition too,” he said.
On whether the Government would enforce some control on the blogging community, Shabery said they would not do so.
“The question of controlling bloggers does not arise. As the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink,” he said.
Asked if there was a message that he would pass to the bloggers in the meeting, Shabery said: “It is better that I be a listener first”.
To a question whether the mainstream media had lost its credibility and relevance due to laws governing the media, he said that the rise of blogs was a global trend, adding that this, however, did not mean that people had sidelined the media.
“No matter how free the mainstream media is (from government control), like in the USA, UK and Australia, it is still subject to the standpoint of their respective media (organisation) heads. So, people will still seek alternative news,” he said.

What happen to DAP and PAS in Perak??
On March 12th, the right candidate for Chief Minister for Perak had been announced and the person is Ir. Mohamad Nizar Jamaludin from PAS had been chosen.
The problem now is, DAP will boycott the swearing-in ceremony tomorrow as a protest. What happen to DAP??
DAP candidates, Ngeh Koo Ham had already released the statement that all the Alternative party will support any of Perak's Sultan decisions for Perak Chief Minister yesterday but today.... It shows that they are not sincere to what they had said.
What actually they want??..What is their objective??..Is it to help peoples or to seize Malaysia for themselves??...
In the moment of victory of opposition in Malaysian 12th General Election, the argument between DAP and PAS about who will be the Chief Minister had made peoples shock to what DAP capables of... They not like what they say....They have something hidden behind their promises and oaths.
Advise for all Malaysian, don't let the races issues come between us and apart all of us... Always keep your promised...Don't let races sentimental crack the Alternative party from the main objective to form a better country....
The main problem that occured in Perak is because of this constitution:
Under the state constitution, the menteri besar has to be a Malay Muslim, but there is a provision that allows the Sultan to waive the requirement.
But DAP must understand, whatever decision had been made by Sultan, it is the order from him.. As a respect to our Sultan, we must obey to what he decided...The boycott act will destroy the DAP images as party for peoples especially among Malay...If they keep doing this act, Malay and other races will never respect this party as party for peoples anymore...
And if this issues keep going for this terms,...sorry to say, there will be no more DAP for the next 5 years to be Chief Minister again...

The Shocking Results In Malaysian 12th General Election
The 12th Malaysian General Election had successfully done with a lot of shocking changes and news.
Many political expert said, this election is call as Badawi's Election as the vote from Malaysian will describe how is the Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, Malaysia recent Prime minister performance.
To describe his performance, we can describe it with a Malaysian political map:
Malaysia in 2004, only 1 state ruled by opposition
Malaysia in 2008, 5 states are ruled by oppositionsWhat is the factor of Barisan Nasional (BN) defeated??... What is the reason to the anger of Malaysian citizens to goverments??... Why opposition can take over a lot of states although BN campaign is overwhelming through medias and propagandas??...
Why Malaysian citizens voted for oppositions??..
The main answer for all of this questions is...The Weakness of Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi......
The BN governments only emphasis in developing Malaysia and to develop rural places with a lot of projects but forgot about human essential needs. In developing the country, the life cost also increase such as fuel price, wheat price and other foods need essentials...
The other factor that effect the BN popularity in 12th General Election is the involvement of Abdullah Ahmad Badawi's son-in-law, Khairy Jamaludin in BN campaigns.
Khairy JamaludinThe opposition had promised that if they become the ruler of Malaysia, they will decrease the fuel price and give the free education to all Malaysian. This promise had made Malaysian people realize that there is a hope for Malaysian fuel price crisis.
The former Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir Muhammad had urged Pak Lah to responsible for the biggest defeat in BN history by resigning from being Malaysian Prime Minister. But, Pak Lah decided not to resign....
The conclusion is, it is good for opposition when Pak Lah decide to stay as a Prime Minister because, in 1 term he become a Prime Minister, opposition already got 5 states to be rule...if he rule for another term...the opposition might get all of the Malaysian states to be rule...
So, to all Malaysian, the future of our country is in our hands... If there is improvement in the ruling of the Alternative party..so, let it go on....if not...let's change it...
Don't set in our mind that BN is a once for all party that can cater our needs in a whole of our life..and also other party...if there is anything wrong....Speak out...Stand out...and Vote Out..Let the democratic style rule Malaysian.....
The only way to gain trust of Malaysian people to BN back is....Pak Lah need to retreat...Let the talent leader lead this country.....

Islam Hadhari, The Islam concept that still confusing...
Islam Hadhari or in english is Civilizational Islam that been introduced by Malaysian 5th Prime Minister Dato' Seri Abdullah Badawi.
According to him, this Islamic concept is consists of 10 fundamentals that is:
- Faith and piety in Allah.
- Just and trustworthy government
- Freedom and independence to the people
- Mastery of knowledge
- Balanced and comprehensive economic development
- Good quality of life for all
- Protection of the rights of minority groups and women
- Cultural and moral integrity
- Protection of the environment
- A strong defence policy
But after reading this 10 fundamentals, we still confuse...What is the different between existing Islam that been practice by all over the world with Islam Hadhari that been practice by Malaysia especially him...
So, if we want to learn something new..we better look at some examples from our leaders... We assume that what they say, do, eat, wear, and show is the part of Islam Hadhari..
Abdullah with her wife, Jeanne Abdullah(not wearing tudung)
Dato' Seri Shahrizat wearing her Hadhari tudung concept and also shaking hand with a man.
Datuk Azalina without her tudung
Datuk Noraini Ahmad, Leader of Puteri Umno

So, after viewing a few of this picture...we can actually see that what is Islam Hadhari...It is just a fancy concept that still confusing to most of the non-muslim peoples and also to other muslim peoples.
A non-muslim people will think that the Islam Hadhari concept is more tolerance Islam if comparing to Middle East country that practicing Islam that asking a woman to wear a tudung and didn't allowed man to touch non-muhrim woman and vice versa.
They will think that the existing Islam is an old fashion Islam that can' tolerate with any situation and Islam Hadhari is the new age of the Islam that can tolerate in Islamic rules.
After year by year, it shows that Islam Hadhari is such a joke for them. Many tv commercial in Malaysia shows that Hadhari concept is more to honesty, cooperation and loyalty but never described about Islam. The concept that always stress on is more to their political strategy rather than spreading Islamic concept.
The effect to muslim peoples in Malaysia with the new Islam Hadhari concept:
This is a reality, in a few years, peoples already had a misunderstanding with Islam Hadhari. We might not know what will happen after 5 or 10 years later. What are their understanding about Islam Hadhari?..
To the peoples who concern, speak out...fight out...let the truly Islam rules in our heart...

No School Suit for Genius People In Malaysia??..What Happen??

Adiputra Abd Ghani the recent Genius kid in Malaysia had made all the people in this country surprise with his ability that can solve Additional Math question( 17 years old syllabus) in a age of 6!...
But the problem is, he still need to go to primary school to learn ABC and 1,2,3 to follow this country education system...This had made him bored to go to school and he always skip his school because of to bored...
Do you think he need to follow this education system???...Learn 1+1=2 in primary school although he knows how to solve Algebra, Trigonometry and other math stuff...??
For sure, he CAN'T....
Many people complaning that this kid need to go to school and learn like other kid in school to get the certificate and then you can go to UNIVERSITY...but this will not work to GIFTED person...
There are only 1 in 1 Million genius peoples were born in this world and that mean something...God didn't create something for no reason...They are the medium for human to break the knowledge limitation to think something BIG in this universe...They are the person who can totally think out of the BOX...
When we talk about genius person, it doesn't mean a person who can get 20 A's in SPM or a person who can get CGPA 4.0 in university but... we talk about A PERSON WHO CREATE NEWTON'S LAW, BERNOULLI EQUATION, ALGEBRA, CHAIN REACTION IN NUCLEAR, AND OTHER UNIMAGINE THINK FOR ORDINARY HUMAN....
So, the point here is, don't expect a genius people to know and learn like ordinary human...We are ordinary person and we need to learn everything to make our life balance BUT for the genius person, they only specialist in 1 thing or 2 in a whole of his/her life....because that is their destiny...
If we can remember, in 1976...there is a boy name Mohd Shukri Hadafi that amazed all Malaysian people because of his ability to read a newspaper in a age of 3. But because of no proper education system for genius person, and he also need to follow the ordinary education...he lost his interest in study and he became a penebar roti canai(don't know the proper word in English) when he grow up.
We don't want this situation keep happening in the future...We want all the genius people in Malaysia to have a special education for developing their IQ and interest....
If this happen, there is no possibility to have a Malaysian name in a Nobel prize Award list...
The point is, Malaysian government should do something to cater this problem..Don't keep saying we can't make a special program for them because of money or because of minority genius people...Open your eyes...this is the best opportunity for Malaysian to have our own scientist that can make our future program to be realize...
Think about It.....

The History Of Malaysia Petrol Price
History of increasing price of petrol. (For 16 years, from 1990)
Before 90 - RM 0.89
year 1990 - RM 1.10 (increased RM 0.21)
01/10/2000 - RM 1.20 (increased RM 0.10)
20/10/2001 - RM 1.30 (increased RM 0.10)
01/05/2002 - RM 1.32 (increased RM 0.02)
31/10/2002 - RM 1.33 (increased RM 0.01)
01/03/2003 - RM 1.35 (increased RM 0.02)
01/05/2004 - RM 1.37 (increased RM 0.02)
01/10/2004 - RM 1.42 (increased RM 0.05)
05/05/2005 - RM 1.52 (increased RM 0.10)
31/07/2005 - RM 1.62 (increased RM 0.10)
28/02/2006 - RM 1.92 (increased RM 0.30)
Below are the common statement that always we heard.
1. Increasing of petrol price still low compared with other country.
2. Increasing of petrol price do not increase the burden of people ?
3. Government promised that there will not be any petrol prices increased anymore.
We all know that fuel price are kept increasing and government petrol subsidy will be cut-off to help the country economy.
Well, it's fair enough...but the thing that doesn't make sense is government sector worker salary had been increased and will be increase after this...the private sector worker salary had never been increased and government doesn't concern about their salary although this private sector are the contributor for the Malaysia income...government sector only involve in services such as collecting taxes...
It seem that, government had no problem to increase their employee salary and they will never had any problem with the fuel price...the private sector worker will keep dying under the fuel and goods price that keep increasing day to day....
So, is it the fuel price increment are fair to everyone...?
